Kinder

Kinder have learnt the sounds m, p, s, t, a, i, . Kindergartens are starting to read and write cvc words.

Our Stage 3 students continue to read books to our younger Kindergarten students. It’s been heartwarming to see the connections formed between big and little readers!

Reading aloud builds confidence, improves listening skills, and makes stories come alive! Our older students are not only practicing their reading skills but also acting as wonderful role models for the younger ones.

Science they had to build a shelter for an animal.
Math practicing number formation.
Everyday kinder do a grossmotor activity to help with physical body and coordination this one was based on the bear hunt. Students had to use the language from the story. Swishy swishy grass, splash splosh in the river, squelch squelch in the mud, stumble trip through the forest, hoo woo through the snow storm, tip toe to the cave, crawl throught the cave and walk back like a bear.
